The Luxe Gathering is our signature all-inclusive celebration — the ultimate way to experience everything Canvas & Coffee has to offer. Your group will enjoy a custom-tailored painting theme designed just for your event, guided step-by-step by our House Artist. Each guest is treated to their own 11×14 stretched canvas, an individual charcuterie board, and a hand-crafted latte. Alongside the art and food, you’ll enjoy a fully stocked Wine & Beer Bar, plus a cozy coffee station, the perfect choice for milestone birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate team building, or any celebration worth elevating.

Basic Package Includes

  • 1 hour of guided instruction with our House Artist

  • Custom Art Theme — a painting chosen and tailored to your group’s style or occasion

  • 11×14 stretched canvas for each guest

  • All art supplies and aprons

  • Individual charcuterie boards — Classic, Garden, or Sweet

  • One signature latte per guest

  • Wine & Beer Bar: 6 bottles of wine (red, white, sparkling) + 12 bottled beers, with glasses and styled setup

  • Pitchers of water and drip coffee station

  • Setup and cleanup

Party Availability

  • Luxe Gatherings are hosted on Thursdays and Sundays to create the perfect, private atmosphere for your celebration. If your occasion calls for a different day, reach out and we will do our best to find a time that fits within our event calendar.
